Luxury Retail Sales Associate PT

The Luxury Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a unique customer service experience in a high-end retail environment. This role requires optimal knowledge of luxury products, excellent customer service skills, preparation and presentation of merchandise, and a solid foundation of brand knowledge, their materials, and how to articulate the differences to consumers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greeting Customers: Greet customers & provide a personal introduction upon entering the store.
• Client Engagement: Provide a personalized shopping experience to each customer
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, brands, and trends to

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills And Abilities

• Experience: 2 years of retail experience in a luxury or high-end environment preferred.
• Customer Service: Strong ability to engage clients, with a focus on creating a personalized
• Custom Order Management: Experience in handling and managing custom orders is
• Shipping Expertise: Knowledge of shipping procedures and the ability to handle related
