The World Equestrian Center - Ocala is currently seeking a to assist with maintaining the grounds and landscaping of our magnificent facility. Position is outdoors so candidates must be able to come to work and produce results regardless of outdoor weather conditions. Additionally, the job requires a great deal of often strenuous physical activity therefore applicants should have the ability to meet these requirements. Weekend availability is a must.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform basic departmental responsibilities including, but not limited to debris clean up, weeding, mowing, aerating, watering, fertilizing, trimming, and pruning.
- Perform basic departmental responsibilities including, but not limited to debris clean up, weeding, mowing, aerating, watering, fertilizing, trimming, and pruning.
- Operates equipment such as, but not limited to mowers, blowers, edgers, and string trimmers. Notifies supervisor of equipment malfunctions or necessary equipment maintenance.
- Helps supervisor with delegating daily tasks to the general labor crew.
- Follows safety procedures provided by supervisor.

- Must be able to perform duties in extreme temperatures.
- Must be able to life up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be willing to learn and follow directions.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
