This is not a traditional sports or fitness role - our instructors teach real life skills through movement, play, and structured activities. Our curriculum is built around 5 core pillars that guide every class:
- Emotional Regulation - helping kids name, understand, and manage their emotions
- Social Skills & Friendships - teamwork, communication, and building real connections
- Confidence & Self-Esteem - small wins, positive self-talk, and embracing challenges
- Physical Confidence - movement, coordination, balance, and safe risk-taking
- Focus & Follow Through - goal setting, persistence, and finishing what they start
- Part-time, flexible hours - a few hours per week
- $26.00 per hour
- Full lesson plans and curriculum provided - no prep work on your own
- Training and ongoing support from our team
- Ages 3–12 across three program levels
You do not need a specific degree. Any experience working with kids in a structured setting is a great fit:
- School teachers or teaching assistants
- Therapists or counselors
- Youth coaches, camp counselors, or childcare providers
- Anyone with a passion for child development and confidence building
