Position Overview
World Class Title is seeking a meticulous Post-Closing Processor to take ownership of files once closing documents have been signed. This role is the quality-control checkpoint of the transaction, confirming that everything was signed correctly, that documentation is complete and accurate, and that each file is fully prepared for funding and recording.
This is a high-volume role that calls for both speed and precision. You will manage a large number of files at once, work quickly to keep transactions moving, and never let pace come at the expense of accuracy. Success in this position depends on close attention to detail, the discipline to follow established processes and state-specific requirements, and clear communication with every party to the transaction.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control & Document Review
- Review signed closing documents to confirm everything was signed correctly and completely.
- Input and organize documents accurately in Qualia.
- Review documents to confirm they meet county recording requirements and are ready to be recorded.
- Follow company processes and state-specific requirements precisely on every file.
Funding & Wire Preparation
- Work with lenders to obtain funding approval.
- Prepare wires for the funding team and confirm everything is accurate and ready for the next step.
- Ensure each file is fully prepared and organized to move smoothly into funding.
Document Distribution
- Send completed documents to lenders, realtors, buyers, sellers, and other parties as required.
- Ensure all parties receive accurate and complete documentation in a timely manner.
Status Tracking & Communication
- Manage a shared status spreadsheet so all parties have clear visibility into where each file stands.
- Keep the spreadsheet accurate and up to date as files progress.
- Update sales representatives and agents promptly if a file is delayed or an issue arises.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and outside parties throughout post-closing.

- Care and discretion when handling wires and sensitive financial information.
Preferred Experience Experience in title, loan processing, banking, or real estate is preferred.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
