What You’ll Be Doing

• Executing daily purchasing activities, including creating and issuing purchase orders for supplies, packaging, and parts across multiple parts commodities
• Monitoring open orders and proactively follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time, in-full delivery
• Communicating regularly with suppliers to confirm deliveries, resolve issues while maintaining strong working relationships
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or delivery performance
• Collaborating cross-functionally with operations and supply chain teams to support production needs and material availability
• Contributing to continuous improvement by following best practices and identifying opportunities to streamline purchasing processes
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma (required)
• 4-year degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration/Management or other relevant field (preferred)
• In lieu of 4-year degree, 2-year degree in a relevant field with equivalent work experience (required)
• 2 years Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook (required)
• 1 years Supply Chain Experience (preferred)
• 1 years MRP experience (preferred)
• Must be able to sit on-site within any of our US locations
