Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL for a Team Coach. Responsibilities include designing and implementing training programs, overseeing team practices, developing athletes’ skills and techniques, and ensuring a safe and positive training environment. The Team Coach will also mentor athletes, prepare them for competitions, and collaborate with other staff to support individual and team goals.
Qualifications
- Gymnastics coaching experience, including skill development and routine preparation
- Ability to design training programs and provide constructive feedback for athletes
- Strong mentoring, motivational, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of safety standards in athletic environments
- Detail-oriented with organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field is preferred
- Experience working with youth athletes is a plus
- First Aid and CPR certifications are strongly recommended
