NOW HIRING: Financial Systems & Security Administrator (Onsite — Metro Atlanta)

World Changers Church International is seeking a Financial Systems & Security Administrator to serve as the technical owner of our financial systems ecosystem with expanded responsibility for enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity oversight.
This role sits within IT and partners closely with Finance and Accounting. It requires a strong blend of financial systems expertise, enterprise networking knowledge, and security leadership.
This is not an accounting operations or analyst role.
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- CompTIA Security (required)
- CompTIA Network OR equivalent enterprise networking experience (required)
- Leadership experience in IT, systems, or security environments
- Hands-on experience with financial systems in an IT setting
- Experience supporting enterprise and/or broadcast media networks
- MUST currently reside in metro Atlanta and work onsite in College Park, GA
- No remote or hybrid options
- U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship)
Candidates without Security and networking competency (certified or equivalent) will not be considered.
Preferred Certifications
- CISM or CISSP (strongly preferred)
- Cisco (CCNA or higher)
- Fortinet (NSE/FCP)
- Microsoft Security certifications (SC-200, SC-300, Azure Security)
- Cloud security certifications (AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments)
Core Responsibilities
Financial Systems
- Administer Sage Intacct (roles, workflows, security, configuration)
- Manage Salesforce–Martus integrations and APIs
- Lead system releases, testing, and deployment readiness
- Build automation for financial workflows and approvals
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting tools
- Support financial systems modernization and optimization
- Maintain documentation, controls, and governance
Security & Infrastructure
- Manage firewall and network security configurations
- Oversee endpoint protection and vulnerability management
- Support incident response and escalation
- Manage IAM controls and access governance
- Support backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- Ensure vendor and third-party security compliance
- Maintain security policies and enforcement standards
Role Focus
This position sits at the intersection of financial systems integrity, enterprise IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity governance. The ideal candidate is a progressive IT leader with experience across structured financial environments and complex enterprise/broadcast network systems. Both accounting experience and IT experience are required for this opportunity. Candidates without both accounting and IT experience will not be considered.
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
