Maintain system documentation, controls, and best practices
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on experience administering Sage Intacct in a production environment
Proven experience managing ERP system configurations, workflows, roles, and permissions
Experience managing ERP integrations and APIs between financial systems and other platforms
Demonstrated ability to independently own and support financial systems in a solo or lead administrator capacity
Strong technical problem-solving and system optimization skills
Ability to support accounting and finance teams without performing day-to-day accounting tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting nonprofit, church, or mission-driven organizations
Salesforce integration experience
Experience with MARTUS or similar budgeting platforms
Familiarity with Agile or sprint-based project management methodologies
Experience building executive-facing dashboards and reporting tools
Working Conditions
Onsite role supporting a complex, integrated financial systems environment
Position requires independent work, technical ownership, and collaboration across IT and Finance
Note: This is not a traditional financial analyst role. It blends Sage Intacct system administration, a high proficiency in accounting, strong analytical ability, and familiarity with Salesforce nonprofit modules and financial system integrations. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between accounting operations and technology, ensuring both accuracy and efficiency across platforms.
