Customer Success Representative (Full-Time Hours - Temporary Role)
We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative to build strong relationships with our digital customers, drive product adoption, and support renewal and growth. In this full-time role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, leading virtual meetings, onboarding new customers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
- Lead virtual onboarding, training, and check-in meetings to drive adoption
- Proactively reach out to customers via phone and email to support their goals
- Manage renewals and help ensure strong retention across your accounts
- Keep customer information and activity updated in our CRM
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
- Comfortable with frequent virtual customer interactions and outreach
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
