Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day Treasury activities, including processing wire and ACH payments.
Analyze and determine organizational funding needs and prepare daily cash reports for leadership.
Serve as backup for daily cash management and other treasury functions.
Maintain records of accounts and input entries into appropriate treasury-related accounts.
Research and resolve exceptions related to instant funding discrepancies.
Maintain and optimize banking structure, including branch account integration with primary bank partners.
Contribute to the preparation of certain monthly bank reconciliations.
Support compliance and audit efforts to ensure adherence to internal, external, and SOX controls.
Develop and update procedure and control documents as needed for the Treasury Department.
Analyze bank fees, review controllable costs, and develop strategies to reduce expenses.
Stay up to date on modern banking practices and offer suggestions on upcoming company initiatives and projects.
Collaborate with management on special projects and other assigned tasks.

Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and adaptable to internal loan management systems.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration, or a related field. Or equivalent professional experience in a Treasury or Financial Management role for a minimum of 3 years.
Experience in Treasury, Accounting, or Financial Analytics is preferred.
Intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities, with experience in building comprehensive reports or data models.
Basic understanding of database query languages (e.g., SQL) and the ability to work with large datasets for reporting and analysis.
Knowledge of Workday Financials is beneficial.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary position.
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
Occasionally may require lifting up to 25 pounds.
