What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Services Associate position at World 50, LLC?
As a Member Services Associate at World 50 Group, you will play a unique and critical role in the success of Life 50, a brand new community. This community builds on a 14 year history of programs and will serve our largest constituency: over 6,000 alums that are the most successful business executives in the world. You will use the learnings from the wider Member Services team to design a new exceptional member experience.
Life 50 is a ‘sandbox’ and you can have a direct impact on the success of this community.
The Member Service Associate will be responsible for member communication, activity and intel in the CRM system and support with event execution. You will help to design a highly immersive, digital, automated personalized member experience. You will onboard new members, track member experience and engagement and beta test a new member app platform. In conjunction with the Chairman and a longstanding board member of World 50, you will both drive and support member-related initiatives for Life 50 while ensuring seamless interdepartmental collaboration on all member-related touch points.
Responsibilities
- Use various AI platforms (Otter, Gemini, ChatGBT, Gamma.ai, etc.) to design correspondence, materials, programs and summaries for members that is highly personalised in a physical and electronic form
- Actively manage pool of members, updating collateral, monitoring relationships and developing strategies to provide the highest quality of service to the various memberships whilst building relationships with the members themselves
- Manage membership subscription and renewal processes, including AP collections
- Manage full lifecycle of member activity within the CRM system
- Assist in the creation/execution of member engagement opportunities
- Administration, customization and application of Salesforce.com CRM system and World 50 App and Life 50 App
- Manage the packaging, assembling and distribution of various mailings to members
- Assist with program design and delivery
- Assist with event execution and attend in-person gatherings
- Keep team up to date on re-engagement opportunities
- Special projects as they arise
Requirements

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or Marketing preferred
- Experience with CRM database (Salesforce.com a plus)
- Some familiarity with using AI tools
