Workplace Type: We ask all employees to work a hybrid schedule, with a minimum 3x/week in their local office. We welcome employees to utilize office space more than that where possible.

The Demand Generation Associate plays a vital role at World 50 Group in helping to attract and retain members of our communities. This role would suit someone with a passion for technical and digital automation and who is excited about the opportunity to innovate and introduce AI into marketing best practices. You will play an integral part in expanding the reach of the World 50 Group brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading on setup and coordination of email marketing campaigns and automated nurturing – particularly in Marketo
• Managing data builds, segmentation, and cleansing processes to ensure accurate, up-to-date marketing lists and database hygiene
• Managing webinar marketing to meet lead generation targets and ensure positioning stands out in the market
• Managing marketing execution calendar in project management tool monday.com
• Developing internal communications initiatives to ensure visibility of marketing activities and performance
• Proofing copywriting to ensure attention to detail
  
  

Who You Are

• 1-3 years marketing experience, B2B preferred
• Hands-on experience in email marketing platform, Marketo preferred
• Experience managing and cleansing marketing data for accurate, segmented campaigns.
• Passion for innovation, technology and AI
• Experience creating engaging copy across all platforms (email, website, social media etc.)
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
• Ability to communicate and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Proactive approach and positive mindset
