Charity Fundraiser

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with donors to build meaningful connections
• Implement fundraising strategies to drive donor acquisition for our charity partners
• Support cause visibility and brand identity across local communities
• Actively meet and exceed daily and weekly fundraising goals
• Handle donor questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Provide outstanding donor service throughout the giving journey
• Assist with collecting and organizing campaign data
• Participate in daily in-person team strategy sessions
• Contribute to improving charity partner return on investment through strong performance

What We're Looking For

• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior fundraising or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for connecting with people and building relationships for a good cause
