Must provide full support of the daily operations of the order control department. Identify any escalated or expedited orders in the system that require special handling and address these on a daily basis, any orders that may not have been successfully allocated to their respective fulfillment channel. Ability to resolve open order (backlog) report issues of low to moderate complexity. Must be able to communicate effectively with management and team members. Must be a team player. Efficient in Microsoft Office - Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Must be available to work overtime when necessary.
1st shift - Hours 7:00am - 3:30pm
