- Performing a variety of assigned teller tasks with limited supervision.
- Processing member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transaction postings, cashier’s checks, and wire transfers.
- Ensuring accurate completion of deposits and withdrawals while processing authorized account changes.
- Efficiently utilizing Cash Recycler Machines.
- Providing superior member service by ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processing.
- Balancing the cash drawer at the end of each day or shift.
- Promoting and maintaining positive relationships with members, potential members, and all contacts.
- 6 months to 1 year of recent teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution (or equivalent).
- Basic arithmetic and communication skills.
- Ability to type 35 wpm.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Experience with Symitar is a plus.
