Receptionist

The Receptionist will be responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Greeting and directing visitors, determining their purpose, and announcing them to appropriate personnel.
• Operating a multi-line telephone system to answer, transfer, and direct calls; retrieving and forwarding voicemail messages.
• Answering questions about the organization and providing callers with address, directions, and other requested information.
• Monitoring visitor access, issuing passes when required, and updating appointment calendars.
• Preparing travel vouchers and processing payments for services and products.
• Receiving, sorting, and routing mail and publications.
• Maintaining fax machines, assisting users, sending and routing faxes, and creating/printing cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  

Required qualifications for the position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience writing reports and correspondence and presenting information clearly.
• Solid math skills (percentages, discounts, geometry, algebra, measurements).
  

Pay Rate: $20.90 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
