HOA Client Service Specialist

Currently, we have an HOA Client Service Specialist opportunity with one of the nation’s premier relationship-based business banks, which embraces a culture of empowerment, progressive thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit. HOA Client Service Specialist responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Providing front-line client service support.
• Handling inbound calls to assist clients.
• Assisting with website navigation and basic technical support.
• Processing monetary transactions for customer accounts.
• Completing account maintenance, updates, and corrections in IBS.
• Supporting payment and depository research, generating copies of statements, and assisting with website navigation on our proprietary HOA Platform.

Required qualifications for the position include: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of work experience in financial institutions.
• Knowledge of banking processes, chargebacks, and returns (preferred).
• HOA banking experience (preferred).

Preferred qualifications for the position include: 

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• 1–2 years of call center experience.
• Branch teller skills.

Pay Rate Range: $21.00 - $23.00 an hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
