Currently, we have an Escrow Officer (Lead) opportunity with our client — a creative design agency known for its innovation, multidisciplinary expertise, and commitment to delivering forward-thinking visual solutions that set new industry standards.The Escrow Officer (Lead) is responsible for the specific duties listed below.Your specific duties will include:Review sales contracts and order demands; process incoming mail and email while updating the escrow file.Review Title Reports and collaborate with title companies to determine methods to clear exceptions.Prepare escrow instructions, estimated statements, title transfer documents, and all documents necessary to clear exceptions.Deliver all necessary documents to clients and maintain direct contact with agents through weekly progress reports.Set signing appointments for buyers and sellers; personally handle signings or manage signings with outside signing services.Prepare files for funding and order Hazard Insurance, monitor contingencies and conditions throughout the transaction lifecycle.Create systems to ensure each file is organized by status for efficient team access and workflow.Balance and close files; set up and monitor recording.Oversee lead assistants or other officers to conduct "double audit " reviews before file completion.Required qualifications for the position include:Certified Escrow Officer (preferred).Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.Escrow Officer background with demonstrated work experience.All communication (written and verbal) must be handled with proper grammar and professional standards.High School Diploma or equivalent.Strong communication skills.Pay Rate Range: $41.57 per hourCompensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
