Bank Branch Manager

Branch Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Managing daily branch operations, including client service, sales, security, and compliance. 
• Hiring, training, and developing staff. 
• Developing and executing sales strategies while building strong client relationships. 
• Monitoring branch performance and market trends. 
• Driving branch profitability and achieving financial goals. 
• Delivering exceptional customer service.

Required qualifications for the position include: 

• Proven sales ability with a track record of driving and documenting branch growth. 
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a branch banking environment. 
• Minimum of 5 years of branch management experience. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex business and consumer accounts. 
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. 
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team building and customer service. 
• Experience in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of employees. 

Pay Rate Range:  $74,880 -107,525/ year

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
