Branch Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Managing daily branch operations, including client service, sales, security, and compliance.
- Hiring, training, and developing staff.
- Developing and executing sales strategies while building strong client relationships.
- Monitoring branch performance and market trends.
- Driving branch profitability and achieving financial goals.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- Proven sales ability with a track record of driving and documenting branch growth.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a branch banking environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of branch management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex business and consumer accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team building and customer service.
- Experience in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of employees.
Pay Rate Range: $74,880 -107,525/ year
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
