Currently, we have a Foreclosure Attorney opportunity with a creditors' rights Law Firm to handle the state of Florida cases. The Law Firm combines a professional, fast-growing environment with a supportive team culture.The Foreclosure Attorney is responsible for below specific duties.This position is Fully remote, direct Hire permanent position.Your specific duties will include:Handling all aspects of mortgage foreclosure litigation from start to finish.Conducting initial title reviews.Drafting complaints, engaging in motion practice, managing discovery, participating in mediations, conducting trials, and executing judgments.Handling contested non-jury trials and taking and defending depositions.Assisting with legal research and writing on appellate matters.Required qualifications for the position include:A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.A license to practice law in the state of Florida, in good standing.Experience with litigation and motion practice.At least 1 year of experience in mortgage foreclosure.Salary Range - Base pay $85-95K plus 5K quarterly bonus. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
