What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appraisal Operations Specialist position at Workway, Inc.?
We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Appraisal Operations opportunity with a national Vendor Management Company supporting the Real Estate and Mortgage Lending industry.
The Appraisal Operations is responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Review Appraisal Vendors per geographic area.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports to clients.
- Communicate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas of improvement.
- Manage Appraisal Vendor list.
- Communicate with upper management concerning appraisal vendors performance.
Required qualifications for the position include :
- Must have Appraisal Review experience in the past two years.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Pay Range: $23 - $25 per hour.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
