Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and driven Entry-Level Sales Representative to support our Oracle consulting sales organization. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in technology sales, consulting services, and enterprise software solutions.
The Sales Representative will focus on generating new business opportunities, supporting client outreach efforts, and helping expand the company’s footprint within Oracle applications and cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients that may require Oracle consulting services
- Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking activities
- Generate and qualify leads for Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and PPM consulting opportunities
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls for senior sales leadership and consulting teams
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer data within CRM systems
- Support proposal development, follow-up communication, and sales coordination activities
- Learn Oracle Cloud applications, consulting delivery models, and industry terminology
- Build relationships with prospective clients, partners, and Oracle ecosystem contacts
- Collaborate with recruiters, delivery leadership, and marketing teams to support sales initiatives
- Meet outbound activity and pipeline generation goals established by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in technology sales, enterprise software, or consulting services
- Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to confidently communicate with business and IT professionals
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms is a plus
- Prior internship, sales, customer service, or recruiting experience is a plus
