About the Role: I am seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join my client's sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's business goals.



Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; preferred.
  • 10 years of success in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the consultative sales process with heavy emphasis on discovery, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.


Pay range and compensation package: Salary and performance-based incentives. OTE $180K residual commissions. Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. Salary : $170,000 - $190,000
