Account Executive – Mid-Market (NY/NJ)
My client is a fast-growing global HR technology company with 2M users across 700 customers worldwide. They’ve been building award-winning employee engagement and recognition solutions for more than 15 years and continue to grow rapidly in the U.S.
They’re adding an Account Executive to drive new business across organizations in the North-East region.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect and close new mid-market accounts across the North region
• Build pipeline from inbound leads, marketing, channel partners, and your own outreach
• Deliver demos, manage RFP/RFIs, and navigate complex buying groups
• Attend regional events/conferences and meet clients on-site as needed
• Identify upsell opportunities within assigned accounts
• Partner with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff
What Makes You a Strong Fit
• 5 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally HR Tech
• Consistent success closing $100K ACV deals
• Consultative selling approach and comfort engaging multiple stakeholders
• Creative and adaptable—comfortable testing new tactics
• Background in SDR-to-AE progression
• Must be based in NY/NJ
Bonus Points
• Experience selling HR Tech in the North region
• Recognition, wellness, or engagement platform experience
• Strong HR/C-suite relationships
