We are looking for a Product Manager – Benefits who will play a key role in shaping and driving our product strategy within the Health, Retirement, and Insurance space. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and technical acumen to deliver products that create measurable impact for our customers and the business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about building solutions that solve real-world problems.
This is a full-time, office-based role requiring presence 5 days a week to foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Product Development:
- Clearly articulates the value proposition of their products
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying and validating Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
- Able to quantify the impact of their most successful work across key metrics such as revenue, customer acquisition, product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Extensive experience working with multi-cultural teams and teams across different time zones
- Proven ability to manage integration projects with external vendors
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Adept at collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
- Internal: Drives Go-to-Market (GTM) motions and product enablement activities to empower internal teams in marketing, sales, implementation, and support
- External: Possesses extensive experience working closely with customers and users to understand pain points, prioritize jobs to be done, and conduct user research
- Technical Acumen:
- Capable of interpreting technical documentation and developer sites
- Skilled in translating API technical documentation into clear product requirements
- SAAS experience and knowledge in Benefit space
- Experience in Health, Retirement, Insurance products
- Bonus:
- Proficiency in Chinese
