Pay: $18 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking dependable Welders to join our growing team. Immediate openings available for individuals with welding experience who are ready for steady, hands-on work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, or stick welding (depending on job site needs)
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures
- Inspect welds for quality and safety standards
- Maintain tools and welding equipment
- Follow all job site safety procedures
Requirements:
- Welding experience preferred (certification a plus but not required for all roles)
- Ability to use welding and fabrication tools
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions
