WorkSteer is searching for a motivated and dependable Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners within the construction sector.
- Assist incoming calls, answer inquiries, and provide prompt, accurate information and solutions.
- Coordinate scheduling and resolve customer questions
- Facilitate communication between customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.
- Maintain organized digital files, and documentation of interactions with workers.
- Support day-to-day office operations, including data entry and administrative tasks.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook or similar applications (Preferred but not required.)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity

Preferred:
- Prior experience in customer service, office administration, or construction-related roles
- Familiarity with construction industry terms, processes, or project coordination
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
