Job Description
WorkSteer is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Construction Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Salt Lake City, UT. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers, handling inbound inquiries, and supporting office operations in a fast-paced environment.
This position works within a construction-related environment, so candidates with previous construction industry experience or knowledge are strongly preferred. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, professional attitude.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Assist customers with scheduling, updates, and general support
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update customer records and information
- Assist with order entry, tracking, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal office staff and team members
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service or administrative experience required
- Minimum of 6 months of construction industry experience or construction-related knowledge preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills including email, data entry, and spreadsheets
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
