JOB PURPOSE:
The Marketing Specialist helps build and strengthen Workstand’s marketing engine by supporting and executing a wide variety of digital marketing initiatives. This role requires the ability to take strategic direction and independently translate it into well-executed marketing deliverables. A successful candidate blends foundational marketing coordination with hands-on execution across campaigns, website, automation, content operations, analytics, and GTM (Go-to-Market) support.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
This position is in the Marketing Department and reports to the Senior Growth Marketer. This role is fully remote and has no direct reports.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Primary focus areas include: Campaign execution, content operations, automation, reporting, and web updates.

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across email, social media, website, and other digital channels.

Support market research efforts by gathering data, maintaining competitor insights, and tracking customer and industry trends.

Pull data and maintain dashboards for website, email, funnel, and campaign analytics; assist with the creation of performance reports.

Produce draft marketing assets using templates and direction from the Senior Growth Marketer.

Support ongoing optimization of the Workstand website, including content updates, page improvements, campaign landing pages, navigation adjustments, and design implementation.

Build and maintain basic HubSpot nurture sequences, lists, and automation (with guidance as needed).

Manage project tasks, timelines, and follow-ups to support cross-functional GTM initiatives.

Assist with data organization, performance tracking, expense tracking, and other administrative responsibilities that support the marketing team.

Provide general support to marketing and cross-functional teams as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3 years of marketing experience; SaaS or technology environment preferred.

Working knowledge of digital marketing channels: website, email, social, landing pages, and light design tools.

Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus).

Familiarity with, and curiosity about, LLMs and AI Agents.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and also own tasks independently.

Experience executing campaigns or building assets within a CMS or email platform.

Ability to manage multiple timelines and follow through reliably.

Comfort analyzing marketing performance data and building simple dashboards.
Limited domestic travel may be a requirement.
