We are looking to hire a Community Manager for our Beverly, MA location.
About the Role
The Community Manager is responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that fosters a strong sense of community among members and visitors. In addition to managing daily operations, the Community Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies, creating and organizing engaging member events, and coordinating and hosting meetings and events. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong presence in the community while building relationships to foster member growth.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Daily Operations
● Continuously maintain community vibe, orderliness, and cleanliness
● Engaging with members of the local community
● Opening and closing procedures
● Ordering necessary supplies as needed
Front Desk Coverage
● Distributing mail
● Welcoming members & visitors
● Managing member communications
New Member Sign-Ups
● Conducting tours, sending out proposal letters, and closing deals
● Maintain member records in our Coworking Management platform, Optix.
Membership Outreach & Engagement
● Maintaining a local presence and participating in community activities
● Creating, scheduling, and implementing community outreach events
● Creating and sending out communication to members
A minimum of 2 years of hospitality or event management is preferred but not required.
Established Beverly, MA relationships and network preferred but not required.
Job Type: Part-time, 25 to 30 hours/week
- Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Salary : $22 - $26
