This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Property Accountant, located in Horsham, PA. The Staff Property Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, recording and maintaining accurate journal entries, and conducting financial reporting. Additional duties include performing standard accounting functions, reviewing financial information, and collaborating with the accounting and finance teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Experience in Accounting and Journal Entries
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in the commercial real estate or property management industry is an advantage
