ROLE SUMMARY
Site: Lead HR operations for De Pere and remote teams. Travel to Thorp, WI and Suring, WI locations 1x/ month (minimum) Ensure consistent application of company policies and provide HR guidance to managers.
Organization: Provide guidance to all locations in applying company culture consistently. Be the organizational culture champion by aligning what we do with what we say. Provide recruiting service coordination for all salaried hires.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition
- Achieve <30-day hiring cycle for all roles.
- Develop compliant hiring workflows and recruit salaried staff for all departments and locations
- Revise onboarding process for practical impact
Employee Relations
- Introduce annual engagement survey process and follow ups
- Establish and implement employee Check In/1x1 and Employee 360 process
- Define regrettable termination and track to ensure retention
Strategic Support
- Partner with executives on career path frameworks.
- Align talent strategies, training, development, and succession with organizational goals.
- Define employee lifecycle stages and opportunities for professional growth
Culture
- Shape and sustain unified culture across all locations
- Partner with leaders and executives to embed culture and values in action
- Quantify and validate appropriate labor allocation with leadership
Site Engagement
- Assure site compliance with policies and regulations
- Facilitate sitewide leadership development and training
- Ensure HR support services to employees and management team
- Oversee site level employee disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
OBJECTIVES:
- Establish and maintain 30 day close for all salaried postings
- Identify and initiate annual engagement survey and follow ups
- 100% participation in Annual Reviews

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associate degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience and/or Training:

5 years of HR experience including,
- Facilitating orientation programs
- Onboarding practices
- Familiarity with state and federal employment law
- Recruiting
- Employee relations
Licenses/Certificates: None
Technology/Equipment: Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Preferably ADP).
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:
Sitting for long periods of time, 6-8 hours per day. Walking, speaking, hearing, and seeing. Listen and observe the environment for hazard prevention. Use hands for tools and typing. Semi-frequently lift up to 15 lbs. Some tasks may require the employee to bend, stoop, twist, and turn. Regional travel up to 15% of the required.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Indoor office working environment. Office is temperature-controlled all year round. Minimal hazards identified.
