PURPOSE:
The Director of Marketing leads the development and execution of strategic marketing and e-commerce initiatives to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and measurable business results. This role ensures all campaigns, digital platforms, and team efforts align with organizational goals and deliver defined outcomes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for products and e-commerce
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams on campaigns
Campaign Management & Analytics
- Design and evaluate marketing campaigns for ROI and engagement
- Analyze campaign and e-commerce performance data
- Prepare promotional calendars and presentations
Digital & E-Commerce Operations
- Oversee web, social media, email, and e-commerce platforms
- Maintain trademarks and patents for digital assets
- Improve e-commerce conversion rates and revenue
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop the marketing team for high performance
- Communicate schedules and expectations
- Provide feedback and performance reviews
- Address employee concerns constructively
Event & Project Management
- Manage trade shows, conferences, and events with digital integration
- Ensure timely follow-up on deliverables and timelines
Administrative & Compliance
- Process attendance, timecards, and PTO accurately
- Support compliance with policies and legal requirements

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
Experience and/or Training:
- 3-5 years of strategic marketing, sales, or other related experience.
- 1-3 years of Project Management experience.
- 5-7 years of leadership experience.
Licenses/Certificates: None
Technology/Equipment: Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel, social media platforms, customer relationship management (CRM), and project management software.

Education: Master’s degree in marketing or related field

Technology/Equipment: Experience working within an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:
Sitting for long periods of time, 6-8 hours per day. Walking, speaking, hearing, and seeing. Listen and observe the environment for hazard prevention. Use hands for tools and typing. Semi-frequently lift up to 15 lbs. Some tasks may require the employee to bend, stoop, twist, and turn.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Indoor office working environment. Office is temperature-controlled all year round. Minimal hazards identified. Travel required up to 25% of time.
