Job Description:
The Account Executive will manage all aspects of select major accounts. This will include meeting or exceeding all established sales and profit goals as well as performing design aspects of the projects for the major accounts. In addition, you will work with selected accounts to ensure an understanding of the customer's objectives and how new solutions might help better serve the customer's current initiatives.

Job Description:
The Account Executive will manage all aspects of select major accounts. This will include meeting or exceeding all established sales and profit goals as well as performing design aspects of the projects for the major accounts. In addition, you will work with selected accounts to ensure an understanding of the customer's objectives and how new solutions might help better serve the customer's current initiatives.
Job Expectations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for select major accounts
- Develop and maintain a rapport with select major accounts
- Serve as a consultative industry expert in workplace solutions
- Meet or exceed annual sales and profit goals
- Perform design functions as needed to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Conduct regular reviews and action plans to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our customers
- Serve as a defender against competitors
- Ensure that walkthroughs and final punch items are resolved.
- Maintain an understanding of key purchasing contracts
- Ensure that warranties issues are sufficiently and timely resolved
- Enhance Workspace Interior’s reputation by providing expert knowledge, presenting quality products driven by solutions within a customer’s budget, accepting ownership, and exploring opportunities to add value to delight the customer
- Contribute to our vision of enhancing how our region works, learns, and lives by staying current on industry trends, offering the best solutions, and following through on our solutions.
- Understand and assist in building the customer's standards for commercial furniture purchases
- Help to grow the business with the customer by offering additional solutions to meet their needs
- Maintain the CRM in relation to the major accounts and in accordance with established company protocol
- Follow the Workspace Interiors process in completing job duties
- Utilize existing technologies in completion of work
- Embrace new technology as it is introduced
- Keep up to date with new product offerings, industry trends, and job knowledge by reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Offer educational and networking opportunities to potential customers to build brand awareness and loyalty (i.e., lunch and learns, CEUs, happy hours, etc.)
- Research and monitor our competitors and discover how they are winning business, offer strategic defense solutions to the WSI team
