1st Shift Material Handler
WorkSolved Staffing is recruiting for a 1st Shift Material Handler at a client in Grand Rapids, MI. This is a temp-to-hire position offering a steady schedule and great opportunity for growth.
Material Handler Duties:- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility
- Stage materials for production and ensure timely delivery to work areas
- Operate basic material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
- Inspect materials for damage or defects
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and counting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Weekly Pay
- Monday – Friday
- 5am to 3pm
- 1st Shift
