Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and maintenance
- Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Painting, patching, and drywall repairs
- Carpentry and minor installations
- Repair doors, locks, fixtures, and hardware
- Perform general building and property maintenance
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Respond to maintenance requests professionally
Requirements
- Previous handyman, maintenance, or construction experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Must have your own basic hand tools
- Must be able to perform physical work and lift as needed
