We are looking for a Senior Designer who is passionate to shape bold, thoughtful residential work and help drive design excellence across our studio. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and executing architectural concepts through all phases of design. The ideal candidate brings strong modeling and rendering skills, especially in Revit, and a strong architectural foundation and a thoughtful design approach.

About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Designer who is passionate to shape bold, thoughtful residential work and help drive design excellence across our studio. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and executing architectural concepts through all phases of design. The ideal candidate brings strong modeling and rendering skills, especially in Revit, and a strong architectural foundation and a thoughtful design approach.
What You'll Do
- Support the design of high-end residential projects from concept through execution, ensuring thoughtful, innovative, and technically sound solutions.
- Translate client goals into clear design concepts and refined project briefs that reflect client needs
- Develop and deliver client presentations that communicate design intent through drawings, diagrams, renderings, and narrative clarity
- Develop and manage all phases of the design/documentation process.
- Produce advanced models and renderings that support concept development, design iteration, and client review.
- Mentoring and training junior project team members.
- Professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- At least 5 years of experience in high-end architectural design
- High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3-D Modeling, and Rendering skills
- Demonstrated experience across Concept Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation phases
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
