Job Description

The Facilities Operations Support Engineer will manage projects from cradle to grave — scope, budget, risk assessment/MOC, execution, and PSSR.

Project Types Will Primarily Include

• Facility modifications, upgrades, and replacements (flowlines, vessel swaps, piping changes, etc.).
• Artificial lift installations, with a heavy emphasis on gas lift compression projects.
• Small to mid-scale infrastructure improvements to support production optimization and reliability.
• Work will vary from quick-turn replacements to more complex engineered upgrades.
• Complexity can range from routine piping reroutes to integrated equipment installs requiring vendor coordination and multi-discipline planning.
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to commit to a full-time, 40 hour per week commitment for at least the next 12 months. Opportunity for a multi-year continuity as facility optimization, artificial lift upgrades, and routine infrastructure projects are an ongoing part of our development and operations strategy.
• Ability to provide technical and project management support.
• Self-starter, capable of independently managing assigned projects.
• Ability to collaborate with Production Operations, Maintenance, and Production Engineering teams.
  
  

Role Details

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week with a one year contract

Pay: $40-$60/hour

Location: Midland, TX
