WorkPlay is looking for talented creators to join our certified creator team.
We are looking for creators who can confidently capture one or more of the following:
Brand Photography
Creators who can capture clean, elevated, brand-aligned imagery for founders, teams, websites, launches, lifestyle campaigns, and social media.
Brand Videography
Creators who can capture polished brand footage, founder b-roll, speaker reels, launch assets, course content, and high-quality marketing videos.
Event Videography
Creators who can capture live events, speaking moments, panels, audience reactions, behind-the-scenes moments, and fast-moving brand experiences.
Organic iPhone Content Creation
Creators who can capture natural, social-first content that feels native to Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes campaigns.
Creators with equipment such as Canon, Sony, DJI Osmo, or similar cameras are preferred, but not required. We are open to different creator types as long as you have a strong creative eye, can follow direction, communicate professionally, and create content that aligns with the WorkPlay standard.
Pay: $35–$43/hour for paid shoot time
Role Type: Independent contractor / supplemental freelance work
Availability: At least 4 open days per month preferred
Job Location: Major cities across the U.S., Canada, Australia, and Europe
Travel: Optional travel shoot opportunities may be available
What WorkPlay Certified Creators Do
As a WorkPlay Certified Creator, you can be considered for our client brand shoots based on your location, availability, equipment, creative style, content type, and campaign needs.
WorkPlay clients are founders, entrepreneurs, brands, speakers, educators, and companies creating ongoing content for websites, launches, social media, events, courses, marketing campaigns, and brand visibility.

What WorkPlay Certified Creators Do Not Have to Do
WorkPlay handles the backend so creators can focus on creating.
As a WorkPlay Certified Creator, you do not have to:
- Find the client
- Sell the client
- Plan the full shoot from the ground up
- Create the campaign strategy alone
- Manage the full client relationship
- Sort final selects
- Edit the final gallery
- Handle full post-production
- Chase the client for payment
- Manage scattered communication across texts, emails, and DMs
WorkPlay handles the planning, creative direction, client logistics, platform workflow, and post-production process.
We’re Looking For Creators Who Can:
- Capture clean, elevated, brand-aligned content
- Follow creative direction and shot lists
- Communicate professionally with clients and the WorkPlay team
- Guide clients confidently during shoots
- Stay organized and responsive
- Upload content on time through the WorkPlay platform
- Represent the WorkPlay standard on every shoot

Certification Process
Before taking on paid WorkPlay shoots, creators must complete the WorkPlay certification process. This includes an application, interview, skills test, and shadow shoots so our team can make sure every creator understands the WorkPlay Method, client experience, shoot standards, and platform workflow.
