We’re expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven Instructional Designer / Product Coordinator to help lead the development of our e-learning and instructor-led training products.
About the Role
As our Instructional Designer / Product Coordinator, you'll play a central role in the planning, development, and maintenance of training and certification products. You’ll blend hands-on course creation with project coordination, overseeing internal and external resources to ensure every product meets our high standards for instructional quality, technical accuracy, and learner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Resource Management
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Define deliverables, roles, and expectations for internal and external contributors.
- Coordinate across departments and vendors to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Conduct quality control checks at every stage of development.
Instructional Design & Content Development
- Write course outlines, learning objectives, scripts, quizzes, scenarios, and final assessments.
- Translate complex regulatory material into engaging, clear, and practical training content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to validate content accuracy and relevance.
Training Product Development
- Build interactive online courses using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and similar tools.
- Develop instructor-led training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, guides, and checklists.
- Integrate course components within LearnDash LMS and WooCommerce.
Multilingual & Ongoing Product Maintenance
- Oversee translation, localization, and cultural adaptation of products.
- Plan and manage regular product updates to ensure content remains accurate and compliant.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to guide future improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning, or workplace training development.
- Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and other course authoring tools.
- Experience with LearnDash, WooCommerce, and WordPress.
- Strong writing skills and ability to design assessments, scenarios, and engaging activities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations and multimedia content.
- Familiarity with compliance, safety, or certification-based training is an asset.
