THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Concierge, you will create exceptional experiences for customers, vendors, guests, and team members while serving as the welcoming face of Workplace Resource’s showrooms. This role supports both our Downtown Denver and Central Park locations and plays a key role in showroom operations, event coordination, hospitality, sales support, and finish library management. Working closely with the Marketing Team, you will help bring our brand to life through memorable client interactions and seamless showroom experiences.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and gracious hospitality while supporting their business needs.
- Manage showroom calendars and coordinate support across both Denver showroom locations.
- Provide logistical support for client meetings and events, including invitations, RSVPs, hospitality arrangements, and follow-up communications.
- Serve as the primary showroom host and point of contact for partners and visitors utilizing the space.
- Coordinate event details, vendor needs, technology requirements, and supporting activities to ensure successful events.
- Maintain showroom presentation by ensuring furniture, displays, and shared spaces remain organized, clean, and inviting.
- Gather client and visitor feedback to continuously improve the showroom experience.
- Order and maintain branded marketing materials and promotional items.
- Support office hospitality functions, including meeting space readiness, kitchen organization, beverage service, and replenishment of supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering business cards, maintaining employee contact information, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain showroom finish libraries, product samples, inventory, and representative contacts.
- Support the Design and Sales teams with sample requests, research, product sourcing, and other showroom-related activities.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ORGANIZATION
- Bachelor’s degree in a creative or event-related field preferred, or 1–2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating positive experiences.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Interest or experience in interior design, furnishings, or related industries.
- Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, integrity, and discretion.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Zoom in a Windows environment.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Expected hourly pay range of $24.00-$26.00 based on experience.
