- Hourly base pay Commissioned Events
- Transparent and fair commission rates for new members
- Direct 3-month track to become a Lead Personal Trainer, earning top industry commission rate (Performance Based)

- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs that align with clients’ goals
- Provide coaching, motivation, and instruction to ensure proper technique, safety, and progress during sessions
- Track and evaluate client progress while offering feedback and adjustments to maximize results and maintain engagement.
- Nationally accredited personal trainers are preferred (not required)
- Passion for fitness and helping others.
- Exercise Science Degrees or similar preferred (not required)
- Certification or Degree required
