What You'll Do
- Conduct complimentary Success Sessions with new and existing members
- Recommend and sell Personal Training programs based on member goals
- Build and manage your own training client base
- Generate leads through member engagement, referrals, and group training
- Support the Fitness Director with department operations and trainer development
- Deliver an outstanding member experience that drives retention and recurring revenue
- Nationally accredited Personal Training certification (or related degree) preferred
- Personal Training and/or fitness sales experience preferred
- Confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping people
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Guaranteed hourly pay plus uncapped earning potential
- Session commissions, sales commissions, and department bonuses
