Key Responsibilities
Operations & Standards
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
- Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, safety, and equipment upkeep.
- Conduct weekly club evaluations and support GMs in implementing improvements.
- Drive monthly membership goals and coach teams through daily accountability.
- Ensure the tour process, follow-ups, and sales systems are executed with excellence.
- Support presales, grand openings, and major regional promotions.
- Strengthen PT conversions, retention, and monthly revenue.
- Lead coach certifications, Success Session training, and mentorship.
- Develop Fitness Directors and Master Trainers.
- Recruit, train, and develop General Managers and key staff.
- Lead weekly leadership calls, monthly reviews, and performance plans.
- Build strong culture, morale, and retention across all clubs.
- Manage revenue, payroll, and expense control.
- Monitor KPIs daily/weekly/monthly and implement action-oriented plans.
- Achieve regional goals for membership, PT, retention, and attrition.
- Support local marketing efforts, community events, and business partnerships.
- Help clubs grow their online presence and review volume.
- Minimum 23 years experience as a General Manager in a fitness or high-volume service environment.
- Proven success in hitting sales goals and driving PT performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel weekly between clubs.
