Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver top-tier service
- Drive membership sales and retention through coaching and performance tracking
- Oversee operations, cleanliness, and club presentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build community partnerships and represent the club at local events
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and KPI reporting
- 2 years of management experience (fitness or retail preferred)
- Proven leadership and sales ability
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for health and fitness
Overview:

- 1 year of management experience
- Outgoing personality and leadership skills

We’re seeking passionate trainers and instructors to inspire members through one-on-one sessions and/or group classes.

- Conduct fitness assessments and design customized programs
- Lead engaging group classes (HIIT, strength, yoga, spin, etc.)
- Motivate and educate members on proper exercise techniques
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
- Nationally accredited certification preferred (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or NCCA equivalent)
