What you'd actually do:
- Help members with goal reviews, body composition scans, and strength assessments
- Teach members how to follow their custom workout program
- Monitor progress, answer questions, and adjust plans as needed
- Build genuine relationships with members over months and years
- Cover the front desk as needed (check-ins, tours, keeping the gym running)
What you get:
- $10/hr base 40% commission on every training session delivered (typical effective rate: $14–$24/hr depending on session volume)
