- Personal Training Certification
- Proven ability to sell memberships, training, or services
- Competitive personality with strong closing skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident speaking with people
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Reliable transportation to work between Decatur and Suwanee
- Leadership mindset and ability to motivate a team
Compensation
- Starting Base Pay: $21 per hour
- Membership Sales Commissions
- Personal Training Sales Commissions
- Performance Bonuses for hitting club goals
- Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
What You'll Do
- Lead membership and personal training sales for both locations
- Travel between Decatur and Suwanee clubs as needed
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Use consultative selling to match members with the right fitness and training programs
- Lead by example on the sales floor
- Train and motivate staff on membership sales and referrals
- Ensure an outstanding member experience and clean club environment
- Track performance and drive results
