Club Attendant

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-sufficient, part time cleaning extraordinaire to fill our Club Attendant role. The Club Attendant will drive member satisfaction by completing a variety of cleaning tasks to keep the facility neat, clean and tidy. This role offers the chance to work in a positive environment, and to help ensure that our members are proud to call us their home gym. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Always putting your best foot forward as an ambassador of the Workout Anytime brand.
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning checklists.
• Dusting and cleaning cardio and weight equipment.
• Cleaning and disinfecting locker rooms/restrooms.
• Mopping and vacuuming all areas of the club.
• Refilling supplies as needed, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Doing all tasks with a “members first” approach. If a member needs assistance or guidance outside of the scope of your work, to be able to pause the task at hand and courteously direct them to a member of our front desk team or the Club Manager.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Desired candidates will be outgoing, flexible, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Capable of following instructions and learning new techniques.
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Some experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
• Ability to independently lift 45lbs.
• A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work some weekends.
