FedEx Personal Vehicle Delivery Driver – Marion, Ohio
Pay: $15.00–$30.00 per hour

Applicants must live in or near Marion, Ohio.
You will deliver small, lightweight packages and envelopes to customers in your local community. No oversized furniture, heavy Chewy boxes, or other large packages.
Compensation
Drivers earn $1.50 per completed stop. Your hourly earnings will depend on the number of stops completed.
- 10 stops per hour = $15.00
- 15 stops per hour = $22.50
- 20 stops per hour = $30.00
Driver Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a current driver’s license and clean driving record
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
- Smartphone required
- No DOT physical required
- No previous delivery experience required
Vehicle Requirements
- Must have a personal passenger vehicle; commercial vehicles are not permitted
- Vehicle must be less than 15 years old
- Personal pickup trucks are permitted, but the truck bed must be covered
- Vehicle must be in good operating condition
- Valid vehicle registration and proof of insurance required
