- Perform welding and pipe fitting tasks to ensure secure connections and leak-free systems
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate installation efforts
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning in accordance with building codes
- Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, installing piping systems, and troubleshooting mechanical issues
Qualifications
- Valid license as a professional plumber with relevant state certification or registration
- Proven experience in construction plumbing, including site work and remodeling projects
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing systems
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and schematics is a plus
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment
